Welcome to Westbrook Academy in Boston, Massechusetts. You either have to be super rich, have parents that really care, or be on a scholarship to get in. The academy itself is gorgeous. The grounds are always well kept, the main school building and dorms always clean, and the classrooms hold a maximum of fifteen students so each student is able to get the help they need with school assignments and such.
But as the old saying goes, appearances can be deceiving. As soon as you step onto the academy grounds, you are overcome with an ominous feeling. At first you think it's just nerves. After all, you're away from home and if you're a new student, you don't really know anyone. But as time goes on, you begin to notice unexplained things happening around you. Doors that slam shut by themselves, cold drafts when there shouldn't be, lights flickering, and shadows moving. You try to explain all this away. You think there must be a logical reason for this. But it only gets worse. Soon you begin suffering from nightmares so horrifying you can't remember them when you wake up. You begin to hear voices, see people, and even experience episodes of sleep paralysis. You find yourself questioning your sanity.
