Well, this will soon be obvious that it's not a poem, if it is not already clear to you. There's just a few things that I feel I just have to say right now, because they're kind of nagging at me on the inside... so here goes. A random mix of all the things I need to say that just won't fit in a poem.
I can't let you see the tears because to you they mean weakness. I'll only let you see my happy side, so that way you won't know I'm hurting. That way you can't enjoy my pain.
When everything's so good between us I can't imagine wanting to hurt you. But so quickly I can be angry... and at times I think I'm horrible for it.
The only thing that keeps us from being closer together is that I'm afraid you'll be torn away.

They're nice quotes you came up with there. I would like them better if they were fiction for you though. ^^

Sorry for double posting but I wanted to add more and didn't want them in the same post.
It makes me so angry to see people throw away something that's so important. It makes me even angrier to see that they can't tell the difference between a one in a million chance at an everyday situation.
You know why I love the rain so much? Because it gives me proof that even something with so much ferocity, anger, and pain and end up in a rainbow.

Yes, the rainbow at the end is enough without the pot of gold. *nods*

Yeah, but sometimes, the storm has an appeal as well.

Yeah, just depends if you're feeling the fierce side or the sad side of the storm.

I wish it would rain, it hasn't in a long time, just snow and sunshine.
