Yes, I believe people can change, but not much, people are jerks, not all, but most. Therefore, some have to change, or we would all be killing each other over the fact that we hate the other.

Yes, Echo, actually we. Look at the large scale, at the world. Billions, probably even Trillions of people are dying by the hands(either directly or indirectly) of other people.
