I love that show!
In RJ's town there's a homeless guy. He has a dog too. You can often find them near one of the middle schools. At least, when I still lived there that's how it was.

King of the hill if unfortunately accurate.
There used to be a group of homeless people who had mastiffs, but they were eventually taken by the SPCA.

xD I think he'll put his dog in the little cart thing on the back of his bike and then pedal off speedily if you say that to him.
